Supplied frozen to preserve cell structure and nutrient integrity, ROTIFER DIET can be thawed under refrigeration and diluted with seawater as needed. Typical cell sizes range from 1.5–12 µm, with a density of approximately 57 billion cells per mL. The feed remains stable under chilled storage (–1 to 4 °C) and supports efficient, low-cost rotifer production for shellfish, finfish, and shrimp hatcheries.
